Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Paige (the "Service"), operated by Pyro Inc. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

Account & usage

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring the phone numbers and contact details you configure for paging are accurate and authorized.

Acceptable use

Do not use Paige to harass third parties, to send unsolicited calls or SMS, or to violate telecom regulations in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (call minutes, SMS segments) are billed in arrears. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; charges accrued before cancellation are non-refundable.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is" without warranty. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email to the account owner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
